PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pneumatic piercing tool (with reverse mode) complete with active head designed for horizontal operations.
APPLICATION
HP135 is a basic version of piercing tool with simply design for piercing and hand installation of pipes using dedicated adaptor or mechanically using steel rope and tension plate. This equipment enables puling Ø110mm or Ø125mm pipes directly behind the mole in the first operation. Pulling pipes with diameter Ø140mm and larger is possible in the second operation with the use of expander. HP135 mole is also be equipped in towing loop enabling Ø110mm pipe puling in the reverse mode into made bore. HP135 is a hammer with increased weihgt of piston up to 50kg (we're the only manufacturer that have achieved such weight). Tool has significant inertion that positively affect performance in wet soil in which sway effect may occur. HP135 mole is a very accurate mole with powerful stroke.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Increased- easy launch into the ground, soft start, higher efficiency while working with an expander in wet (spring) clays, high power of the reverse mode, very positive work characteristic, effective and easy work with expanders. Reverse mode is applied by pulling the air supply hose or by changing the position of the valve built into the pneumatical steering station. ("P" versions).
HP135 mole is available in few versions depending on the purpose of the device:
"M": double end nut. Further nut called pulling sleeve enables direct pulling of Ø110mm or Ø125mm pipes directly behind the mole in the first operation.
"V": not a demountable expansion in the rear part of the corpse Ø155-170mm (depending on the customer's choice). It enables piercing of the hole for 140mm pipe installation directly behind the mole in the first operation.
"W": stands for not demountable expansion in the rear part of the corpse Ø200mm. It enables piercing of the hole for Ø160mm pipe installation directly behind the mole in the first operation
"P": model with pneumatical reverse mode. This type of steering is available for each of the moles listed above. It requires a special pneumatical steering station and air supply hose for "P" versions.
"R": mole with an active piercing head (moving head). These types of moles characterize by higher accuracy and increased speed of piercing in hard soil.
