ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
HP95 is a basic version of piercing tool with the simplest design built for piercing and hand installation of pipes using a dedicated adaptor or mechanically using steel rope and tension plate. This equipment enables pulling 110mm and bigger pipes in the second operation using an expander. HP95 mole can also be equipped with towing loop enabling pulling Ø75mm pipes into made bore in reverse mode. HP95 mole has significant inertion which has a positive impact on performance in wet soils. HP95 mole is available in few versions depending on the purpose of the device:
"M": double end nut. Far nut called pulling sleeve enables direct pulling of Ø75mm pipes in the first operation or Ø90mm with bigger sleeve installed. Other features are identical to the standard HP95 mole.
"V": not demountable Ø115mm expansion on the back of the mole enabling piercing for Ø90mmpipe installation
"W": not demountable Ø135mm expansion on the back of the mole enabling piercing for Ø110mm pipe installation in the first operation.
"P": mole with pneumatic control of the reverse mode. This type of steering is available for all the above versions of HP95 mole and requires a pneumatic steering station.
"R": mole equipped with active head. These types of moles are statistically more accurate with higher speed in harder soil.
"K": a shorter version than standard HP95. Hammer has low weight, low air consumption, and has good work characteristics. HP95K is handy and comfortable to use. Works best in areas with limited excavated space.
due to the shorter corpse, HP95K is statistically less accurate than standard HP95. It's recommended to use for piercings under 12m in soild without stones. That limitation doesn't apply to moles with an active head which compensates for lower accuracy. The power factor is smaller than the normal HP95 but considering its size and usability we would recommend it.
